We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. All other sales are final.

SHIPPING

BTWN HUMANS strives to make art accessible worldwide, and we ship to various locations. However, shipping costs may vary depending on the location. If you would like a quote for a specific artwork, please contact us at hello@btwnhumans.com

Please allow 2-4 weeks for your artwork to ship. For larger pieces that cannot be shipped via our carriers, we may need to pack them in an art crate, which will incur additional costs. The total cost of shipping, including the art crate fee, will be quoted to you.

TAXES AND DUTIES

We charge applicable state sales taxes at checkout for US orders. For international orders, you will receive a separate invoice from the shipping carrier for any taxes and duties that may apply. Please note that BTWN HUMANS does not cover these charges.
